OUR MISSION

When we started Flint Learning Solutions in 2012 in Toronto Ontario, we recognized that Learning & Development departments didn’t struggle with a lack of content, but rather incomplete, dated or an overabundance of content. They needed someone to bring clarity to their L&D initiatives. They needed to create experiences that would satisfy diverse learning styles and drive sustained behavioural change. Learners needed the ability to apply learning immediately and retain it permanently. If that’s the solution you need, that’s the custom learning experience Flint can deliver.
