We face a similar task. The problem we encounter most in our Learning Consultancy is that great training content and ideas are “Hidden in Plain Sight”, lost among competing agendas, content clutter, and tired delivery methods.

Our challenge is rarely to make a brand new program.

Rather, it is to see the new program inside of what already exists, both in the minds of the stakeholder and in the existing programs.

Coffees have different flavour profiles, or tastes, that depend on two things: first, the origin of the beans themselves, and second, the intended market. At times, the origin changes, but the market preferences stay the same. In these circumstances, it is up to the coffee producers to find new sources and ways to produce a product that will suit the market’s palate.

While our Consultancy helps build the container and the delivery strategy, our Design and Development methodology ensures that only the best training is flowing through it.

Designing and developing compelling training is a collaborative process. Team members need to be able to visualize their ideas early on and continuously mould them until they are just right. This is why we employ an AGILE methodology with powerful previsualization tools, not the traditional ADDIE approach.

In addition to accelerating Design and Development, our approach enables stakeholders to make better, faster decisions on content and design.

The end result is a more collaborative, up-front process and a shorter, smoother development phase.
